Ambition Care & Support Services

Ambition Care & Support Services is a person-centred disability support provider based in Queensland’s Redlands region, serving the Redlands and Greater Brisbane areas. The team supports people of different ages and abilities, with a focus on independence, dignity, social connection and meaningful personal goals. Its NDIS-funded services include personal care and in-home assistance, help with daily living, meal preparation and household tasks, as well as transport and support to access community activities and events.

Ambition also offers opportunities to build life skills, confidence and job readiness, with support tailored to each person’s ambitions and preferences. Participants can work with the team to create flexible support plans, which are reviewed and adjusted as needs change. The organisation also operates a small group home in a residential setting, designed to provide a welcoming environment for independent living, shared experiences and friendship.
