AmblesideOnline (AO) is a free homeschool curriculum and resource website founded on Charlotte Mason’s classically based educational principles. Its approach aims to prepare children for rich relationships with God, humanity, and the natural world. Detailed schedules, time-tested methods, and extensive teacher resources help parents plan learning while responding to each child’s needs.
The curriculum is organized by school year, from kindergarten through Year 12, and by subject, including history, geography, language arts, mathematics, science, nature study, poetry, and foreign languages.
