Ambra Marca

Ambra Marca is an Italian chef and banqueting manager who creates tailored food experiences for private clients, companies and special events. With training in tourism, event management, professional cooking and wine, she combines culinary expertise with careful planning and hospitality. Since 2010, she has represented InScena Eventi, working in catering, mobile dining and food-related event organisation.

Her services include personal chef experiences at clients’ homes or chosen venues, private-party banquets, corporate live catering, cooking shows and interactive food stations. She also provides dining aboard boats on Lake Garda, from gourmet meals for small groups to buffet service and cooking demonstrations for larger parties. Ambra collaborates with restaurants and offers Il Salotto, her reservation-only restaurant in Bagolino, as an intimate venue for private events.

Its contemporary, welcoming cuisine is served in a distinctive space with an open kitchen and panoramic terrace. Her achievements include gold at the 2020 Italian Cooking Championships and membership of the Italian National Chefs team. She is also a WorldChefs regional culinary competition judge
