NY American Mulch Soil

American Mulch & Soil is a landscape material installation company based in East Greenbush, New York. It serves residential and commercial properties across New York, with larger commercial and municipal projects also available in Connecticut and Massachusetts. The company uses specialized pneumatic blower equipment to place materials efficiently and evenly, including in hard-to-access areas and on rooftops.

Its services include express mulch blowing, terraseeding, playground safety fiber installation, erosion control, and green roof installation. Mulch options include hardwood, bark, playground-certified, and colored varieties, with guidance available to help customers choose materials for their property and budget. Terraseeding combines compost and seed during installation to support lawn growth. Playground projects use IPEMA-certified engineered wood fiber that meets ADA accessibility requirements. Erosion control solutions include hydroseeding, erosion control blankets, and silt or filter socks, selected according to site conditions. For green roofs, the company places growing media at height and installs hardy, region-appropriate plants over waterproofing and drainage systems.
