The American Rancher Alliance (ARA) is building a producer-owned cooperative to connect American ranchers with consumers and grocery stores. Its goal is to improve transparency, create fairer prices for producers and families, and expand access to American-raised meat. The Alliance welcomes producers of beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and goat, with membership based on one vote per member and no outside corporate control.
ARA’s planned supply-chain standards include American-raised meat, disclosure of vaccine history, and a prohibition on mRNA vaccines. Its forthcoming beef-tracking service, announced for fall 2026, is intended to let shoppers scan package QR codes to learn about the ranch, raising practices, feed program, and animal vaccine history. The organization also advocates through petitions and downloadable materials focused on food-system transparency and rancher representation.
Consumers can support ARA by joining, becoming a founding sponsor, donating, or shopping through its partners. The site directs visitors to Gridiron Beef and Wagyu beef, as well as ARA merchandise.
