Amerimmune

Amerimmune is an immunology and allergy center serving children and adults, including patients with complex or unresolved health concerns. The organization combines clinical care, advanced diagnostics, research, and bioventures, bringing specialized immune expertise together in one center. Patients can visit five clinics in McLean, Alexandria, Arlington, Bethesda, and Gaithersburg, or access telehealth services in 15 states and Washington, DC. Home blood draws and walk-in immune testing are also available.

Amerimmune offers allergy and immunology consultations, allergy testing, and immune evaluations. Its on-site, CAP-accredited laboratory uses multicolor flow cytometry to assess more than 100 immune markers and run specialized panels, including standard immunophenotyping, basophil activation, progenitor eosinophil, and COVID immune phenotyping assays. These tests can help investigate immune function and reactions beyond what basic testing may reveal.

The center also extends testing to immediate family members in the context of a family diagnosis. Its research program connects patient care with scientific discovery, supported by more than 40 peer-reviewed publications, four active patents, and ongoing work to develop diagnostic and therapeutic insights.
