Trageberatung am Herz is a pregnancy and early-parenthood support service led by Melanie Nelida Seitz in the region between Regensburg, Nuremberg, and Ingolstadt. A psychological counsellor, hypnotist, HypnoBirthing course leader, babywearing consultant, and mother of three, Melanie supports families through the changing experiences of pregnancy, birth, and a baby’s first year.

The service offers mental birth preparation using HypnoBirthing, with a focus on helping expectant parents prepare for a calm, self-determined birth. Parents can also receive individual babywearing consultations and practical guidance on carrying their baby comfortably and securely, along with support in addressing their questions. Coaching and counselling are available as part of the broader support offered to families.

Appointments and sessions take place in Melanie’s welcoming room in Kemnathen, Breitenbrunn, in course rooms in Seubersdorf, or at clients’ homes. Trageberatung am Herz aims to provide personal, caring guidance as families navigate pregnancy, birth, and life with a new baby.
