AMICa ODV, the Italian Association for Castleman Disease Patients, is a volunteer organization founded in 2021 through the shared initiative of doctors and patients. It is the first Italian association established by people affected by Castleman disease and their families. The organization supports patients, relatives, and caregivers dealing with a rare, disabling condition that remains little known among both the public and the scientific community.
