AMiche Talent Connect LLC

AMiche Talent Connect is a minority- and women-owned recruitment and fractional HR services firm that helps organizations build stronger teams and people operations. Its services include full-cycle direct-hire recruitment, executive and specialist searches, and flexible fractional HR support that gives businesses access to experienced leadership without a full-time hire.

Pricing is tailored to each organization’s size, budget, and workforce needs. The firm is led by Amalia Anderson, who heads fractional HR services, and Michelle Martinez, who leads recruitment.

AMiche emphasizes purposeful service, integrity, transparency, and measurable impact, aiming to create lasting relationships and high-performing teams. It also supports candidates with career guidance, including resume assistance, and works with business leaders to strengthen hiring practices and workplace environments
