Amiciparchi

Amici dei Parchi di Monteveglio e dell’Emilia is an association promoting the protection and appreciation of nature, the environment and biodiversity. Based in Monteveglio, in the municipality of Valsamoggia, Italy, it is an APS (social promotion association) and is registered in the National Register of the Third Sector. Its work connects local communities with the natural and cultural heritage of the area through public initiatives, educational activities and opportunities to explore the landscape.

The association organizes and takes part in events such as guided walks, visits and excursions, including visits to a lavender field. It also shares information about wildlife and environmental topics, with attention to biodiversity, pollinators and sustainability. Past activities have included contributions to regional initiatives on historical archives and presentations marking World Biodiversity Day and World Bee Day; some materials have also been made accessible through Italian Sign Language translation. The association invites people to follow its updates, become members and support its work.
