AMiiPEDIA is an unofficial database dedicated to amiibo, created by a passionate 37-year-old graphic designer who rediscovered video gaming through the Nintendo Switch. After a long hiatus from gaming, marked by a professional career and family life, he was reintroduced to the world of amiibo in 2014. His interest began with the Wolf Link amiibo, which enhances gameplay in popular titles like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

AMiiPEDIA was established to address the need for a straightforward and comprehensive resource for amiibo enthusiasts, focusing on the functionality of each amiibo rather than serving as a marketplace. Users can easily access details about what each amiibo unlocks, which games are compatible, and whether they are worth chasing down. With periodic updates and an expanding collection, AMiiPEDIA caters to both new and seasoned collectors who appreciate the rich experience that amiibo adds to the Nintendo gaming universe
