Amina Bourguiba

Amina Bourguiba is an Agile and organizational transformation coach, facilitator, author, and speaker who helps organizations and teams build lasting, people-centered ways of working. Her approach combines Agile expertise, coaching, collective intelligence, and practical action to help clients navigate change, strengthen collaboration, and adapt to uncertainty.

She works with leaders, transformation managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, Agile squads, business and IT teams, and senior executives. Her services include personalized support for organizational and team transformations, facilitation to develop collaborative solutions, and conferences and workshops that share new practices and perspectives. She also offers tailored training and team seminars on Agile topics such as OKR, Scrum, and SAFe, as well as facilitation and leadership, adapting each engagement to the organization’s context and level of experience.
