Ammerdown is a retreat and conference centre set in the Somerset countryside, within the grounds of Ammerdown Park, around 12 miles south of Bath and 16 miles from Bristol. Welcoming individuals and groups from all backgrounds, the centre offers a peaceful setting for reflection, connection and time away from everyday demands. Guests can relax in the gardens or explore nearby woodland and open countryside.

The centre provides accommodation in 40 bedrooms, home-cooked food and fully equipped meeting rooms. Its facilities support a range of stays and events, including conferences, meetings, retreats, away days, courses, holidays and bed-and-breakfast visits. Ammerdown also hosts programmes and events focused on peace, reconciliation, interfaith engagement and personal development. These include initiatives that encourage dialogue, shared reflection and action for peace, as well as leadership development opportunities. Guided by values of welcome, hospitality, compassion and encounter, Ammerdown aims to create an inclusive space where people can meet, learn and renew their perspectives. It also publishes a programme and newsletter featuring centre news and activities.
