Ammoniet Uitvaartbegeleiding

Ammoniet Uitvaartbegeleiding is a funeral guidance service based in Alphen aan den Rijn, supporting families across the area, including Boskoop, Koudekerk aan den Rijn and Hazerswoude. For more than 25 years, the organisation has helped families arrange a personal and dignified farewell, with calm, care and ongoing attention. It is available day and night when a death occurs.

The team guides families through the days before a funeral, the ceremony itself and the period that follows. Its support includes discussing personal wishes, exploring costs and insurance, and planning a burial or cremation that feels appropriate. Ammoniet also offers practical guidance, ideas for the farewell, and customised funeral printing. After the service, families can access a follow-up conversation, grief support and information about practical matters. The organisation also provides ways to follow a funeral, remembrance gatherings and a memorial shop. A wishes booklet helps people record their preferences in advance. Through personal contact and attentive guidance, Ammoniet aims to give families space to make considered choices and create a farewell that reflects the person they have lost.
