AMOUR APS ETS, the Associazione Malati Orfani Uniti nel Rispetto, is a social promotion association based in Campobasso, with an operational location in Trivento, Molise. Its mission is to support people living with rare diseases, their families and caregivers, helping them feel heard and less alone. The association provides listening, information and practical orientation, and promotes awareness of rare diseases and the rights of those affected.

Its activities include an Info Point for guidance, work related to a regional rare disease register, individual and group training, and educational initiatives in schools focused on inclusion, respect and understanding. AMOUR also offers extracurricular support for children, young people and families, and organises fundraising initiatives to help sustain its projects. It does not provide medical care or replace healthcare professionals; instead, it helps people find useful information and appropriate points of reference.
