AMO Volleyball

AMO Volleyball provides volleyball instruction and team coaching for athletes at every skill level, with an emphasis on strong fundamentals, high-energy practice, repeated skill work, and useful feedback. Founded as a provider of satellite camps for middle and high schools across the country, AMO offers camp packages tailored to different age groups and experience levels. Its Basic package is designed for middle school athletes, while Elite and Championship packages serve freshman, junior varsity, and varsity players. Camps help teams prepare for the season and practice drills modeled on those used in top Division I programs.

In the North Dallas area, AMO runs six-week weeknight skills classes, with one-hour sessions covering the full range of volleyball skills. The organization also offers summer camps, preseason team camps, skills clinics, and customized camps that can travel to schools. Through its “Coached by AMO” service, coaches can bring AMO staff to team practices for instruction, drills, or feedback. Additional training topics include technique, fundamentals, speed, and agility.
