Ampira Energy Limited

Ampira Energy Limited is a specialist recruitment firm focused on energy and electrification engineering talent. Based in Manchester, the company serves clients across the UK and Europe, supporting projects in aerospace, automotive, industrial applications and energy. Its recruitment covers high-voltage systems, electric powertrains, battery storage, power electronics and related engineering disciplines.

Ampira supplies both permanent hires and contract specialists, helping organisations address skills gaps, maintain project schedules and deliver critical work. Its process begins with a client brief covering the role, specialism, timeline and budget. The company then presents a shortlist of pre-vetted candidates, with a stated target of delivering it within 24 hours. For contractors, Ampira offers a next-day working interview trial, allowing clients to assess fit before deciding whether to continue.

The firm emphasizes niche sector knowledge, candidate vetting and responsive service rather than generalist recruitment. Led by founder Rick, Ampira works with employers such as aerospace manufacturers and supports engineering teams from project development through delivery.
