Amplified Community Care

Amplified Community Care is a Canberra-based provider of disability, community and nursing support, helping people build independence, wellbeing and social connection through services tailored to individual needs. Its offerings include Supported Independent Living, personal care, community participation and centre-based programs, as well as support coordination to help participants identify needs, connect with providers and manage their NDIS supports.

The organisation also provides allied health services, including occupational therapy, exercise physiology, social work, psychology and allied health assistance. Behaviour support, positive behaviour planning, mental health support, life skills development and medication assistance are available alongside community nursing. Nursing care can include post-hospital follow-up, health education, wound and diabetes management, medication supervision, clinical monitoring and clozapine monitoring.

Amplified Community Care runs individualised day programs featuring activities such as arts and crafts, music, outings, sport and social events. Through Amplified Nursing Agency, it supplies nursing and care staff to hospitals, aged care facilities and private homes, with flexible shift opportunities for workers.
