About Amsterdam Energie
Amsterdam Energie is a leading energy brand that empowers Amsterdammers to harness the power of their city. As part of om | nieuwe energie, the largest and greenest energy collective in the Netherlands, Amsterdam Energie provides 100% green, local, and affordable electricity. By choosing them as your energy supplier, you support their cooperative and contribute to the local energy transition.
Amsterdam Energie generates clean energy using windmills in the harbor and solar panels on various locations, including metrostation Reigersbos and the Student Hotel in Oost. They have also installed solar panels on four rooftops at the Marcantilaan in West and on the Kostverlorenhof in the Gillis van Ledenberchstraat. Additionally, they collaborate with Amsterdam Wind to build their own wind turbines at the Noorder IJplas and Cornelis Douwesterrein.
Excitingly, you can participate in their projects and even purchase their solar panels to further support the transition to clean energy. Stay tuned for updates on available panels. Amsterdam Energie is your gateway to a greener future, creating a sustainable and vibrant Amsterdam for all. Join them today and become part of the positive change.
