Clínica de Psicologia Saltar, led by clinical psychologist Ana Carolina Pereira, provides psychological care for children, adolescents and adults in Coimbra, Lisbon and Viseu. Its approach combines professional rigour with individualised attention to each person’s needs and circumstances, offering consultation, assessment and intervention across different stages of life. Services include in-person consultations for children, young people and adults, and online consultations for young people and adults.

The clinic also offers sleep consultations for all ages, early childhood development assessments, psychopedagogical assessments, vocational guidance and dyslexia screening. For insomnia, clients may be considered for a hybrid cognitive behavioural therapy programme combining sessions with a specialist therapist and digital tools, following clinical assessment. Through its Academy, the organisation provides professional training, scientific knowledge and learning opportunities, including training on the Rorschach method.

It also offers talks and training for companies, schools and families on topics such as sleep, performance and psychological health. The clinic’s work centres on attentive relationships and evidence-informed practice
