Anafylaxis is a brand dedicated to providing information and support for individuals with severe allergies, specifically those at risk of anaphylaxis. The brand was originally part of a global network focused on allergy-related developments and was officially established as a foundation in 2002. It was founded by Frans Timmermans, who was motivated by his daughter's experience with severe allergies to cow's milk, peanuts, and tree nuts, which could potentially lead to anaphylaxis.
Anafylaxis. com is the successor to the previous website, anafylaxis. nl.
It serves as a resource for managing the risk of severe allergic reactions caused by food allergies, insect venom allergies, medication allergies, latex allergies, and other causes. The website provides valuable information on allergies, anaphylaxis, and coping strategies for daily life. It also offers coaching consultations and helpful bundles for patients and their caregivers.
In the webshop, you can find personalized allergy cards and action plans available in various languages. Additionally, Anafylaxis offers group training sessions for networks, schools, employers, and other organizations interested in learning about allergies, anaphylaxis, protocols, psychosocial and social aspects, and more
