Anastasia Adamaki is a professional photographer based in Athens, Greece, specializing in hotel, food, and interior photography. Born and raised in Alexandroupoli, North Greece, Anastasia came to Athens to pursue her passion for photography at Leica Academy when she was 19 years old, and she has been living in Athens ever since. With over 19 years of experience, Anastasia started her career as a photographer in 2002 as an assistant and later became a freelance photographer.

She has collaborated with renowned magazines such as Maison Figaro, Casa Viva, Madamme Figaro, Cosmopolitan, and many others. Her work is not limited to magazines but extends to advertising companies, brand names, restaurants, and hotels/resorts in Greece and abroad. Anastasia's photography captures more than just a mere image, as she aims to transform everyday objects and surroundings into something extraordinary.
