About Anatripsis
Anatripsis by Jen offers a unique approach to self-care through therapeutic massage. With a focus on addressing issues and promoting well-being, their practice harnesses the power of massage. Jen, the founder, was inspired to pursue massage therapy after experiencing a back injury in 2013.
After undergoing therapy with a physiotherapist and chiropractor, she realized the importance of incorporating therapeutic massage into her healing journey. Combining Swedish massage with Deep Tissue techniques, Jen has developed her own style, known as Jen's Anatripsis. With empathy, passion, and love, she helps her clients by understanding their own pain and providing personalized treatments.
