Anchor & Light is an Australian provider of trauma-informed support for people preparing for separation or navigating family breakdown. It helps clients gain clarity and make considered decisions before taking legal action, bridging emotional overwhelm and legal complexity without presenting itself as a law firm or therapy service. Its approach is structured, confidential and focused on dignity, stability and practical next steps.

Services begin with the free, 60-second Clarity Check, which helps identify urgent concerns and what can wait. A Mediation Readiness Diagnostic assesses whether mediation may suit a situation and outlines preparation needs. Clients can also access consultations, personalised assessments and action plans, trauma-informed mediation and conflict resolution, strategic documentation, communication frameworks, and professional reports designed to be court-safe and shareable with lawyers or other professionals.

Anchor & Light organises its support into three stages: Clarify, Contain and Legacy. These cover understanding relationship patterns and priorities, managing conflict and preparing for mediation or litigation, and rebuilding through co-parenting systems, family governance and longer-term planning.
