Anchor Perinatal Wellness is a brand that specializes in outpatient mental health services for pregnant and postpartum individuals in North Carolina. We understand that about 1 in 5 expecting and new parents experience symptoms of depression and anxiety, which can have a significant impact on their well-being. At Anchor Perinatal Wellness, we offer a range of services to support you during this important time.

This includes free, walk-in mental health screenings as well as outpatient therapy, which can be conducted either in-person or virtually. We also provide an intensive outpatient program (IOP), where clients receive 10 hours of treatment each week. This IOP program allows individuals to address their mental health needs while still being able to stay connected to their families and everyday life.

Our goal is to quickly stabilize your mental health needs so that you can fully engage in your life and enjoy this precious time. We also offer free walk-in screenings on specific days each week.
