It operates in emergency situations, inside and outside the Portuguese borders. It is an NGDO registered and recognized by the Portuguese Institute for Development Support under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Without political or religious affiliation, DNA provides support to any country or individual, regardless of religion, race, ethnicity or gender, conveying values that promote a fairer and more balanced society.
