ANDOS Ferrara

ANDOS Comitato di Ferrara is a nonprofit local committee of the National Association of Women Operated on the Breast (ANDOS). It works to support the physical, psychological, personal and social rehabilitation of women who have undergone breast surgery, helping them find care, confidence and connection throughout their recovery.

The committee offers oncology consultations and personalised physiotherapy, along with rehabilitative and maintenance exercise classes in a swimming pool. Its services also include free psychological consultations with dedicated professionals, Pilates courses, recreational activities and cosmetic consultations. Through health education meetings and seminars for patients and volunteers, ANDOS Ferrara promotes awareness and practical knowledge. The committee also organises events and collaborates on breast cancer prevention and awareness initiatives.

Women can join the association to access its services, take part in educational and recreational activities, and contribute to its work. Supporters can help sustain its initiatives through donations, while members can benefit from available partner agreements.
