Andrea Sauerländer

Andrea Sauerländer provides equine osteopathy and physiotherapy in Dortmund and surrounding areas, including Schwerte, Unna, Witten, Castrop-Rauxel and Hagen, with appointments available elsewhere in North Rhine-Westphalia. A trained equine physiotherapist and osteopath educated at the German Institute for Equine Osteopathy, Andrea brings more than nine years of experience to individualized care. Her approach aims to identify and address underlying causes, not just symptoms, while helping horses with ongoing conditions maintain the best possible quality of life. She has a particular focus on pelvic and shoulder issues associated with the back.

Services include equine physiotherapy and osteopathy, Matrix Rhythm Therapy, medium-frequency electrotherapy, veterinary acupuncture and manual lymphatic drainage. Treatments support mobility, muscular balance, recovery and general wellbeing. Andrea also offers follow-up appointments, practical guidance and remote consultations by phone or WhatsApp for owners seeking an initial professional assessment. On-site sessions include examination, treatment and advice tailored to the horse’s needs. The practice emphasizes continued learning, a holistic view of equine health and a harmonious partnership between horse and rider.
