Andrea Schlegel offers systemische (systemic) couples counselling and individual counselling in Nuremberg, supporting people who want to improve relationships, resolve conflicts, or make personal changes. Her approach focuses on communication, feelings, needs, and the patterns people develop within their relationships and wider social environments. In couples sessions, she helps partners express themselves, listen more effectively, rebuild trust and closeness, manage conflict, and explore whether they want to strengthen their relationship or separate with fewer additional hurts.

Individual counselling supports clients in identifying personal obstacles, clarifying goals, recognising strengths, building motivation, and finding confidence to make decisions. Andrea uses systemic methods including perspective shifts, reframing, and communication exercises, with an emphasis on helping clients develop solutions from their own resources. The process begins with an initial conversation to understand the situation and agree on a clear goal.

A free 30-minute introductory session is available. Andrea brings twenty years of professional experience in education, mentoring, personnel development, mediation, and school leadership, alongside training in systemic counselling and couples therapy
