Andrea Anez Interiors

Andrea Anez Interiors is a Miami-based interior design and architecture firm specializing in luxury residential spaces and custom homes across Florida, with a portfolio that also includes international projects. The firm aims to create bold, distinctive environments that reflect each client’s personality, experiences, and vision. Its design approach is tailored rather than tied to a single style, with an emphasis on the feelings and atmosphere a space can evoke.

Services include interior and architectural design, procurement, design project management, technical design, turnkey styling, and support for renovations. The team combines architectural expertise with skills in staging, 3D modeling, technical drawings, and project coordination, guiding projects from planning through execution. Founder and creative lead Andrea Anez holds a master’s degree in architecture from Florida International University and is also described by the firm as a pioneer of astrological design. The company values close client relationships, careful attention to detail, and personalized service, working to transform homes into functional, inspiring spaces. Its work is intended to be bespoke, evocative, distinctive, and timeless.
