Andrea Cook Consulting

Andrea Cook Consulting supports orthodontic practices in building efficient clinical systems, developing balanced teams, and adapting to evolving techniques and technologies. Led by Andrea Cook, an orthodontic clinical consultant, the service is based on the understanding that practice owners and staff cannot manage patient care, operations, training, and ongoing change alone. The consultancy helps practices strengthen how their clinical teams work and deliver care.

Services cover infection control and OSHA training, OSHA recordkeeping, CDC and OSHA protocol templates, sterilization systems, and sterile technique for temporary anchorage devices (TADs). Additional support includes schedule design, team building and staff training, indirect bonding, reducing emergency visits, chair-side responsibilities, inventory control, instrument setup and organization, and patient education communication. Andrea Cook Consulting also offers guidance on clinical manuals, records processes and imaging, treatment plans, and custom clinical meetings. Resources include downloadable OSHA inspection and CDC infection prevention checklists, along with links to information sources. Remote service offerings are also listed for the COVID-19 period.
