The Andrew Range Foundation is a nonprofit established by Andrew Range’s parents, Bob and Traci Range, and sister, Taylor Hays, following his death in 2017, shortly before his 24th birthday. Created to honor Andrew “Ranger” Range and carry forward his positive influence, the foundation recognizes and rewards the qualities and values he embodied. Its work supports causes connected to Andrew’s interests and the people he cared about.
The foundation makes annual premier-level donations to SmileTrain, supporting children affected by cleft lip and palate. It provides an annual scholarship for a baseball player from Triad High School and Truman State University, as well as an annual scholarship to a Southern Illinois University School of Law student. It also supports hunting and fishing activities.
For grieving parents and siblings, the foundation offers positive connection through events with others who have experienced loss, along with “Baskets of Healing” intended to promote emotional and spiritual healing. Its activities include golf tournaments that engage sponsors and supporters in advancing its mission
