Andy Made This is an independent Toronto brand creating 3D-printed toy vehicles inspired by Canadian public transit. Founded by Andy, the business began when he designed a train for his toddler after struggling to find a suitable model for Brio track. Each product is designed by Andy, made to order in a home studio in Toronto’s east end, assembled by hand, and shipped from there.
The collection includes trains, streetcars, subway cars, light-rail vehicles, commuter trains, and buses representing cities such as Toronto, Ottawa, Calgary, and Vancouver. Featured designs include Toronto subway and commuter trains, the Scarborough Rapid Transit train, Ottawa and Calgary LRT vehicles, the TransLink SkyTrain, VIA Rail, and Toronto buses. The toys are compatible with track systems from Brio, IKEA LILLABO, Hape, Melissa & Doug, Bigjigs, Eichhorn, and Playtive. They feature magnetic couplers and sealed magnets, are made with non-toxic PLA, and are recommended for ages three and up. Customers can choose sizes and personalize some orders.
