Andy’s Adventures

Andy’s Adventures is a Colorado-based somatic coaching and poetry practice founded by Andy, a published poet and trauma-informed somatic coach. Its work supports self-discovery, creative expression, and reconnection with the body through story, introspection, and somatic tools. Andy helps clients explore the physical tension and creative blocks that can make it difficult to find their voice or move forward.

Services include somatic writing workshops that combine poetry with body-based practices, helping participants write with greater clarity and listen to what their bodies may be communicating. Sharing personal writing is optional. Prospective clients can also book a free Zoom connection call to identify potential blockers and learn about Andy’s approach, which draws on training in Somatic Experiencing and Internal Family Systems, as well as study with Katie Asmus and Cory Muscara.

The brand’s shop offers digital products and workshop recordings. Proceeds help fund discounted and sliding-scale coaching sessions for people in crisis. Andy’s Adventures presents coaching and creative practice as an ongoing journey toward self-understanding and renewed connection.
