Aneeta Prem is a dedicated advocate committed to combatting serious injustices, including Forced Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation (FGM), Slavery, and various forms of oppression across the globe. As the founder of Freedom Charity, Aneeta harnesses the power of education to empower individuals, enabling them to recognize and prevent these atrocities. With a background that includes being the first qualified female Black Belt karate instructor in the UK and a Magistrate, she has significantly influenced governmental policies, notably playing a vital role in the criminalization of Forced Marriage in 2014.

Aneeta is also an accomplished author; her novels "But It’s Not Fair" and the upcoming "Cut Flowers" tackle critical issues surrounding Forced Marriage and FGM, respectively. To date, she has distributed over 42,000 copies of her first novel to schools throughout the UK.
