About ANES
The Asociación Nacional de Energía Solar (ANES) is a Mexican nonprofit civil association dedicated to developing, promoting, and encouraging the adoption of solar energy and other renewable energy sources. It provides a forum for sharing ideas, research findings, technical knowledge, and information about solar radiation and related resources, including wind, biomass, and hydropower. Through its membership network, ANES connects professionals, businesses, researchers, students, and public institutions with current national and international knowledge of the renewable energy sector.
ANES coordinates manufacturers and suppliers of renewable energy equipment, promotes initiatives that strengthen collaboration and business competitiveness, and offers technology guidance, information, and strategic consulting through sector experts and instructors. Its services include publications such as books, research, and the Revista de Energías Renovables; professional training through its National Training Program; and a jobs board for renewable-energy opportunities. The association also organizes the Semana Nacional de Energía Solar, a major forum for conferences, technical presentations, and industry exchange.
