Anette S Wannebo

Anette S. Wannebo provides specialist support and guidance to child welfare services, children, young people, adults, and families on behalf of the public sector. A clinical social worker specialising in children and young people’s mental health, she is also a specialist in infants and toddlers and a family therapist. Her approach focuses on ensuring the child’s voice is heard, building strong relationships, and creating safe conditions for dialogue and constructive solutions.

Services include in-home guidance and other child welfare support for ages 0–18, assessments and guidance in infant and toddler cases, trauma treatment for children aged 0–6, foster-home guidance, supervised contact, family therapy, COS-P guidance, and aftercare. At Harestua, Anette offers a dedicated contact venue where children and parents can meet in a supported setting.

She also provides process and casework supervision for child welfare staff, guidance for institutional employees, professional development support, lectures, and training for schools and kindergartens. Her work draws on family systems, attachment, child development, trauma-informed care, and collaboration across services.
