About Anew Health Solutions
Dr. Michelle Harris is a passionate Spiritual Life Counselor and the founder of Anew Health Solutions. With over 19 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to providing counseling and coaching to individuals, families, and children.
Driven by her own personal journey, she aims to help others cope with crises and achieve holistic wellness. Dr. Michelle's journey began with a master's degree in Social Work and a License in Social Work.
Later, she pursued a Doctorate in Behavioral Health to expand her expertise in holistic and integrated care. Combining her career, ministry work, and love for Christ, she created Anew Health Solutions, a coaching program designed to help Faith Based leaders discover and fulfill their life's purpose while maintaining a holistic life balance. As a motivational speaker, Dr.
Michelle has spoken at numerous events and has authored three books: Healing from Invisible Wounds, The Stress Factor, and Lady Boss. She is a family-oriented individual who enjoys reading, dancing, watching movies, and traveling. Get connected with Dr.
