Angela Deighan’s Montessori School is an early childhood education and care provider in Rampart View, Virginia, County Cavan. Founded from Angela Deighan’s vision in 2006, the school brings together Montessori philosophy, early childhood education and government policies and procedures. Its approach follows the principles of Dr Maria Montessori, supporting children’s creativity and independence through education and care.

The purpose-built school provides age-appropriate rooms and full-time and part-time places for children aged three and over. It welcomes children participating in government-sponsored schemes, including the ECCE scheme. The school operates according to an academic-year calendar, with dates available through its calendar.

Alongside its Montessori provision, Angela Deighan’s offers after-school care. It also runs a walking bus service to and from St Mary’s National School, helping connect its care service with the local school community. With a focus on nurturing children’s development in a supportive setting, the school serves families in the Virginia area and surrounding parts of County Cavan.
