Anew Therapy

Anew Therapy, PLLC is an Austin, Texas psychotherapy practice led by Angela Jensen-Ramirez, LCSW-S. The practice provides personalized counseling for individuals, couples, and relationships, with a focus on sexuality, trauma, relationship dynamics, betrayal, trust, and emotional connection. Individual therapy supports clients navigating sex and sexuality, personal healing, and interpersonal concerns. Couples services integrate sex therapy with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), helping partners understand recurring patterns, strengthen attachment, and deepen intimacy. Anew Therapy offers ongoing sessions in person and virtually, as well as private, multi-day relationship intensives combining EFT-informed couples therapy and sex therapy. The practice also provides couples workshops, including Hold Me Tight, and clinical supervision or consultation for therapists. Supervision may support Texas and California associate social workers pursuing clinical hours and licensed professionals seeking AASECT-approved sex therapy supervision hours. A free consultation is available for prospective clients and intensive inquiries. The practice is not paneled with insurance providers.
