Gambino

Angel Gambino is a commercial executive, founder, keynote speaker, advisor, and investor working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, capital, behavioral science, and human potential. Based in San Francisco, she helps founders, boards, and companies turn emerging technologies into sustainable businesses, drawing on experience across media, music, retail, mobility, cloud, wellness, and AI.

Her work spans executive leadership, venture building, growth strategy, fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. Gambino has led global platforms at organizations including AWS, Castrol, Westfield, Napster, MTV/Viacom, and the BBC, and has founded or helped build companies from launch through acquisition or public listing. She was CEO of Sensai and Chief Product Officer at Ellipsis Health, where voice-based AI for mental health was piloted with Cigna and Headspace.

Today, she advises companies and investors through PsyMed Ventures and Nfluence Partners, serves as a trustee of the California Institute of Integral Studies, and leads Angel Club, a global community of founders and investors. As a speaker, she addresses human-centered AI, mental health technology, leadership, and responsible innovation.
