Welcome to Angelman e. V., a self-help association established in 1993 by parents for parents whose children were born with Angelman syndrome. Our mission is to assist parents in better understanding the diagnosis, accepting it, and navigating everyday life with their "Angel.
" We provide a supportive environment where members can find answers to their questions and connect with others who share their experiences. As the most comprehensive and up-to-date resource on Angelman syndrome in Germany, our association maintains active contact with international organizations. We offer information on the syndrome itself, advances in medical research, and therapies to support communication.
