Angels Heart and Hands

Angels Heart and Hands Doula Services provides pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support to families in Southern Los Angeles and Northern Orange Counties. The practice describes its approach as faith- and evidence-based, offering physical, emotional, and educational support while clarifying that doulas are not medical healthcare professionals. Birth-focused services include labor and delivery education, birth plan preparation, labor positioning, and calming techniques. Postpartum support helps families navigate the fourth trimester through infant-care guidance, breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support, meal planning and light meal preparation, self-care, sibling bonding, and practical household help.

The business also offers NICU-focused support for families facing a high-risk pregnancy or a possible or actual neonatal intensive care stay. Services can include NICU-specific birth planning, breastfeeding support, preparation for a NICU stay, support during the hospital period, and help with the transition home. Additional offerings include online educational courses, meditations, a one-on-one Breastfeeding 101 course, baby gift registry consultations, and prenatal or postnatal education and consulting.
