Angelsport Schmidt

Angelsport Schmidt is an independent fishing tackle shop in Münster-Hiltrup, Germany, run by Lukas Schmidt. The small specialist store welcomes anglers looking for equipment and supplies for trips to the water, with a broad assortment and personal, knowledgeable advice. The business began on Marktallee in Hiltrup, where it operated from 2014 to the end of 2017, and moved to its current location in 2018 to offer customers a more comfortable visit.

Alongside selling fishing gear and materials, Angelsport Schmidt provides practical services for maintaining equipment. Customers can bring in a damaged rod for assessment and repair, or have fishing line fitted to a reel. A bait vending machine is available around the clock, offering access to bait beyond normal shop hours. The business also promotes VIP shopping and discounts for young anglers. Its website provides information about products, services, fishing examinations, guest permits, local angling clubs and special offers. The shop is located on Hünenburg 60 in Münster and operates seasonally adjusted opening hours, closing on Sundays and Mondays.
