Angelverein Kirchheim

Angelverein Kirchheim unter Teck e.V. is a fishing club that brings together people with a shared interest in angling while placing equal importance on community, youth activities, and recreation in nature. The club is based in Kirchheim unter Teck and also has waters in Gundelfingen an der Donau. It introduces members and visitors to its natural, scenic fishing locations, including the Bürgersee, Josefsee, and Sonnensee.

Throughout the year, the club organizes activities such as the season-opening fishing event, a club outing, a youth camp, a summer festival, the annual general meeting, and work days. These events support both the club’s angling activities and its community life. The club also offers smoked trout several times a year, prepared in its own smoking ovens using a traditional recipe. The fish are available by advance order and can be collected at the Bürgerseen.
