Angelverein Lahr-KinzigtaleV

Angelverein Lahr-Kinzigtal e.V. is an angling association serving the Lahr and Kinzigtal area in Germany. With around 350 members, the club brings together anglers and promotes responsible fishing alongside care for local waters and nature. Its fishing grounds include sections of the Kinzig between Wolfach and Steinach, the Rhine between the Leopold Canal and the Kappel ferry, and stretches of the Schutter and Unditz in the Lahr area. Members also have access to several lakes and ponds, including Bruckhirschweiher, Vogelsee near the Lahr motorway exit, and Knoblochsee near Orschweier.

The association organizes activities such as family fishing events and work days, including regular clean-up efforts along the Kinzig and Schutter. Youth education is a key part of its work, with an emphasis on ethical angling and respect for waterways and wildlife.
