Angie Follensbee-Hall: Yoga Teacher

Jai Studios is the yoga, wellness, and creative arts practice of teacher and artist Angie Follensbee Hall. Since 2005, Angie has supported students through yoga classes, teacher training, and guidance for developing a more purposeful, artful life. Classes are available in person and virtually, with membership options and resources for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. The approach combines yoga movement, breath, intention, mantra, and embodied philosophy to support well-being, manage stress, and build a sustainable practice.

Jai Studios offers year-long, comprehensive 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs, as well as yoga immersion, creativity coaching, mentoring, and personalized guidance. Workshops, retreats, Kirtan, and other events provide opportunities to explore practice beyond the mat. The studio also includes a Vermont-based handmade paper and mixed-media art practice. Angie creates art inspired by stories of place and myth, including paper tapestries, manuscripts, books, and jewelry, available through an online gallery and boutique. Together, these offerings bring yoga, creativity, community, and self-discovery into one welcoming hub.
