The Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals is a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a community in New York City where no dog or cat of reasonable health and temperament is euthanized due to lack of a home. Founded in 2003, their mission is to transform the city into a no-kill community for animals. In collaboration with over 150 participating organizations, the Alliance has implemented strategic programs and services to achieve its goal.

Their initiatives include pet adoption, spaying/neutering, microchipping, dog licensing, emergency veterinary care, addressing animal cruelty, and helping lost and found animals. They have also been actively involved in rescuing feral cats and assisting pets and people in crisis. Additionally, they provide resources on pet adoption, health and safety, legal support, and educational materials.

The Mayor's Alliance for NYC's Animals serves as a valuable resource for pet owners and individuals who want to make a positive impact on the lives of NYC's animals. You can donate, shop through iGive. com, volunteer, foster a pet, or become a certified caretaker for Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR).
