Animal Rahat is a brand that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of working animals in the Indian states of Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh. Since its establishment in 2003, Animal Rahat has been providing veterinary care and assistance to thousands of animals in need. The organization operates from four regional offices and runs two sanctuaries that offer a safe haven for rescued and retired animals.

The 10-acre sanctuary in Sangli is equipped with a surgical facility, a kitchen, a classroom, a pond, and ample space for the animals to roam and play. The animals at the sanctuary come from various backgrounds, including backbreaking work in the sugar trade and cruel circuses, and many have been rescued after illness, injury, or abandonment. Animal Rahat's regional teams, consisting of veterinarians, veterinary assistants, volunteers, and scouts, work tirelessly to provide emergency services and vital veterinary care.

The organization also undertakes a range of initiatives, such as rescuing wildlife, spaying and neutering community dogs, implementing mechanization projects, and conducting humane education workshops. By supporting Animal Rahat, you can contribute to the betterment of these neglected and abused creatures
