About Anjuman-I-Islam
Anjuman-I-Islam, founded in 1874 in Mumbai by a visionary group of progressive Muslims led by Dr. Badruddin Tyabji, is dedicated to advancing education and social standing within the Muslim community and beyond. Over the years, it has grown from a single school to a renowned educational institution, boasting more than eighty establishments, including colleges in engineering, management, commerce, education, and medicine, as well as various polytechnic institutions and schools of architecture and pharmacy.
Anjuman-I-Islam serves over 110,000 students from diverse backgrounds, exemplifying its commitment to quality education and social service. The organization is particularly focused on creating a world-class educational environment, highlighted by its Integrated Technical Campus in Navi Mumbai, which encompasses multiple faculties. Additionally, Anjuman engages in various social programs and manages 15 trusts, striving to meet community needs through comprehensive educational and professional development services.
